Well I was told to go to the wrong place and then I made hotel reservation and lost that money because I got on the bus at 10 pm instead of 9 pm and the driver talk the all ride

when we arrived at the terminal, the driver and his assistant were not nor polite nor helpful. they demanded the booking . We were looking at it. Finally we talked to a responsible and she arranged the things. I don't understand why most of te people who work in tourism don't speak English, which is the second language learned at school and prevent this awkwarding situation. Otherwise the sleeping conditions were enough good

기사들이 매우 불친절합니다 vip급에 해당하는 43달러 요금을 청구하면서도 짐짝 취급을 당했습니다 우선 나짱에서 처음 승차할 때부터 매우 불쾌했습니다 고성은 기본이고 승객에 대한 배려가 전혀 없었습니다나 나짱에서 다낭까지 가는 일정임에도 불구하고 호이안에서 강제 하차 당했습니다 이후 조그만 밴에 옮겨 탈 것을 강요 당했습니다. 밴에는 약 10명 가량 승객이 몸이 구겨진 상태로 탑승했습니다 이후 짐짝같은 대접을 받으면서 40분 정도 이동해서 다낭 외곽 주유소에 내릴 것을 강요 당했습니다 호이안에서 모집된 것으로 보이는 다른 승객은 그대로 차에 남아 있었기 때문에 숙소 근처인 미케비치 까지 태워 줄 것을 요구했습니다 기사는 추가로 10만동을 요구했고 나는 더이상 부탁하기 싫어 협상을 포기 했습니다 베트남에서 슬리핑버스로 여행을 여러 차례 했지만 최악의 경험이었습니다 결코 반복하기 싫은 여행이었습니다

Comfortable chairs/beds. All good, lovely waking up -sunrise. BUT one negative part: had the cabin just behind the driver, who talked and phoned loudly and often!!!

Driver was superb. Roads from Dalat to Mui Ne were very poor and he did a great job getting to our destination on time

Very good except big guy shouldn't be seated in the middle. Side seats with the windows give a little bit more room for your arms. Change the eating stop. I had the worse most expensive, regarding the Dish ordered, for 23 days in Vietnam . Then tell everyone that stop at 3 am in Nha Trang to get rid right away from this Fake grab motobike that stress you and try to charge 200000 VD for 5km. And when you finaly deal 70 000VD, takes your banknotes from your hands and try to run away. For information: on the same travel back, Grab charged me 38 000VD. I believe this guy do it every night.
